Techcomp presented all of the brands within in the group with staff from each business on-hand to meet customers and dealers.
Techcomp invests heavily in engineering development across all of the businesses and new product announcements at Analytica included the following highlights – Edinburgh Instruments launched the first in a range of high performance UV/Vis double beam spectroscopy models designed and manufactured in Scotland; Precisa displayed the first model in a new analytical balance range with an innovative and compact weigh cell technology and latest user touch screen interface developed in Switzerland; and Scion Instruments introduced their new range of GC Columns and an updated version of their CDS Compass software platform for managing multi-analyser laboratories.
Techcomp Europe CEO Chris O’Connor commented, “Analytica in Munich has grown over the years in numbers and global reach with many customers now coming from the Americas and Asia. It’s always a good opportunity to meet our partners and showcase our significant investments in new technologies. It’s been a busy year for trade shows with Pittcon, Arablab and Analytica all coming in the same period; our marketing and sales teams from each business have done a great job expertly presenting the group and our leading products.”
